Senior Product Analyst

I have an exciting opportunity for a Product Analyst to join our Product team at Checkatrade. You will support the Product team by using data to help them make our products world-class. Location: Portsmouth or London based. Hybrid working applies. 3 days per week in the office minimum.
Where do you fit in?
Are you a talented Product Analyst? Then, we need you! This role involves working closely with product development, contributing to our data-driven decision-making process, and supporting our strategic goals. You'll be reporting directly to a Product Manager while collaborating with the Product Teams to develop and refine Metrics, KPIs, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Product Management, web analytics, and product management. Experience within a Marketplace environment is essential to bring a fresh pair of eyes on how we deliver unparalleled growth while strengthening our position as UK's leading marketplace.

What do you need to succeed?
* You have proven experience of working in tech product environments; experience in an online marketplace is a plus.
* You have excellent data analytics skills right from identifying the right data sources, data preparation, analysis, and storytelling.
* You are an expert in data wrangling and analysis using SQL (Python is a plus). You have strong experience working with data lakes and transformation tools like dbt.
* You use your excellent visualization skills to tell data stories using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
* You have proven experience with setting up web and feature experiments (using tools like Optimizely), data collection, and measurement.
