With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and event spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.
As Events Planner, you will be at the core of bringing events to life -from private celebrations to corporate gatherings. You will manage the planning process from initial enquiry to execution, ensuring every detail is handled smoothly and every event feels intentional and well-crafted.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage event enquiries, planning, and execution, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
* Work closely with clients to curate experiences, refining details from menus to setups.
* Collaborate with Food & Beverage leaders to maximise event revenue and enhance service.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, contacts, and revenue, ensuring smooth operations.
* Keep communication clear and proactive, liaising with internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
About You:
* Experience in event planning within luxury hospitality or high-end venues.
* Highly organised and detail-driven, with a natural ability to juggle multiple projects.
* A strong communicator and problem solver, comfortable liaising across teams.
* Commercially aware, with a keen eye for opportunities to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
* Calm under pressure, able to adapt and deliver in fast-paced environments.
