The role of the Siemens Healthineers MES Technical Administrator will support the technical administration functions of the service. This will involve communication with internal and external service stakeholders, providing support to colleagues and ensuring that assigned tasks and responsibilities are performed accurately and efficiently.
Your role:
* You are the main point of Administration contact within the Siemens workshop.
* You coordinate new equipment, loans, returns, and repairs of medical equipment.
* You manage the stock system within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
* You liaise with external suppliers to arrange repairs/service of medical equipment.
* Where applicable (and subject to relevant training), you complete electrical safety testing and some routine device checks.
* Any other relevant duty that assists in the smooth operation of the MES Department.
Your expertise:
* Experience of working in a busy office/workshop environment.
* Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with customers and staff at various levels.
* A good degree of computer literacy and knowledge as it relates to Office software and bespoke service management packages.
* Able to construct and implement processes and process changes.
