About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, enabling them to access the curriculum effectively. What We Are Looking For We welcome applications from individuals with: Previous experience working with children with SEND (experience in secondary schools is advantageous). A caring and patient approach to supporting children with diverse needs. Strong communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families effectively. A commitment to promoting well-being and a positive learning environment. Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent are desirable but not essential.
