This role will be key to supporting, coaching and training managers to undertake effective people management activities. These may involve sickness absence management, performance, disciplinary, grievance and harassment/bullying issues. The post holder will have opportunity to be involved in many other related aspects such as supporting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion objectives, job matching as well as supporting employee wellbeing objectives.
