We are looking for a Corporate Benefits Consultant to join our growing team. This individual will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, deliver consulting services in respect of pensions, benefits, wellbeing, communications and online services. They will also be responsible for producing and converting new business opportunities from existing clients and new leads. The ideal candidate will work from home but be based near to our Newcastle office, with the ability to travel frequently. Key Accountabilities Include Portfolio Management Develop and deliver strategic guidance and benefit plans for clients Work with advisor teams to deliver client opportunities from corporate portfolio Deliver annual pension governance Deliver regular group risk and PMI reviews New Business Grow value of existing client portfolio Introduce and convert new leads and opportunities Build, maintain and manage a new business pipeline Compliance Ensure all business is conducted in a compliant manner Ensure client agreements are maintained and in place Other Duties Constructive contribution to thought leadership Accurate client management through Client Database Employees will also be required from time to time to carry out other work allocated to them by their line manager.
