The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
I am working with a SEN School based in Southwark that is looking for a new SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team! In this role, you will be working with key stage 3 & 4 students in class and must be an approachable, efficient, and confident person with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you must have strong experience and knowledge working with different Special Educational Needs and Autism. To be considered for this role, you must be immediately available for a full-time long-term role and have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

This SEN school is based in Southwark and caters for a range of SEN students aged 11-19 years old. They are committed to continual improvement and high-quality education within an open and welcoming environment. The range of disabilities requires the contribution of a multidisciplinary team with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and special school support assistants, all working cooperatively with the teaching staff to meet the individual needs of the students.
