Main duties of the job Work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary pain team, contributing towards the provision of high quality pain management services for patients with acute and chronic pain. Care will be delivered in both an in-patient and out-patient settings. To facilitate the smooth management of cross-trust care, it will be necessary to liaise and refer to appropriate senior members of the multi-professional Pain Management Team.
