We are seeking a skilledMandarinSpeaking Call Center Agent to join our dynamic client. Inthis role you will act as a key point of contact for theMandarinspeaking customers our client providing exceptional servicethrough inbound and outbound calls. Your primary responsibilitieswill include addressing customer inquiries resolving issues andoffering information about our products and services. Your fluencyin Mandarin and dedication to customer satisfaction will be crucialin enhancing the customer experience and supporting the companyssuccess.

Qualifications:
