The role The Agile Delivery Lead is a fusion of proxy-product owner, scrum master, agile coach supporting the team and the Product Owner, driving constant communication and rapid problem solving to deliver a great product and experience. It’s her role to teach the team all ways of agile software practices, lead and/or facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers to team progress and shield them from external distractions – often in tandem with a Navigator in complex or largely waterfall organizations. The Agile Delivery Lead brings the Product Owner and Team together, helping them to understand each other and are personal coaches for team members and innovators who constantly seek ways to improve both themselves and the team What are we looking for? Experience in guiding teams and organisations on how to use scrum & agile practices and methodologies Ability to oversee scrum process and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspection and adaptation Experience in leading daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement Proven track record of supporting Product Owner on release planning Deep knowledge of the agile mindset and how to translate that to staff and teams through conversations, coaching, and role-playing exercises We want to hire the whole version of you.
