Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Health Care Assistant within the Respiratory Team in Amesbury, Wiltshire, You will join a welcoming Community Respiratory Team in the South of the County.This multidisciplinary team delivers a holistic patient centred approach, working collaboratively with Hospice and Community services; provides the Wiltshire Home Oxygen Service; Pulmonary Rehabilitation; Disease and medication optimisation and Exacerbation management.Please note, unfortunately we are not able to offer Sponsorship for this role. Main duties of the job This role will include working closely with the respiratory physiotherapists to deliver a Pulmonary Rehabilitation service (exercise and education programme for people with Chronic Respiratory Disease) and also be involved in the day to day running of the service, providing clinical and administrative support to the respiratory nurses.Experience of supervising exercise training and knowledge of working in a respiratory setting will be an advantage, but training will also be provided.
