The PMO will provide strategic and operational support to the VP of Harmoniz Select & Business Development, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives and the achievement of business objectives.
This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to support the VP of Harmoniz Select & Business Development in achieving company objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Business Growth and Leadership:
* Assist in leading the fresh produce business across markets to achieve profitable growth and establish leadership positions in key markets and segments.
* Collaborate with the VP to define and implement strategies that align with group objectives.
Participation in Group Management:
* Actively contribute to group management team meetings and provide input to support company targets.
* Foster collaboration among peers and colleagues to ensure alignment and progress toward goals.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
* Support the development and execution of ambitious yet realistic business objectives.
* Aid in crafting go-to-market strategies and monitoring their implementation in alignment with budgets and KPIs.
Innovation and Marketing Development:
* Encourage innovation and entrepreneurial approaches to drive growth and differentiation.
* Assist in building marketing capabilities across the area and improving regional collaboration within the marketing team.
Demand Creation and Value Chain Management:
* Actively contribute to demand generation activities along the value chain, focusing on Harmoniz Select activities with retailers and producers.
* Support initiatives to sharpen the understanding of customer and consumer needs in coordination with R&D and project management teams.
Cultural and Business Model Development:
* Promote a company culture oriented towards dynamic solutions (HS) projects across markets.
* Collaborate on the development of innovative business models that enhance profitability and strengthen the company’s position.
Value Enhancement:
* Identify and leverage key value generators to increase the company’s overall value and market impact.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
· A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) - Advantage
· 5+ years of experience in project management or strategic roles
· Proven experience in leading or supporting cross-functional teams
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to changing priorities
· Proficient in budgeting, KPI tracking, and forecasting processes.
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.
· Familiarity with global market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
