Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Role in California

* Type of Role: Full-time
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
* Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Providing professional mental health counseling.
* Crafting personalized treatment plans to suit client needs.
* Meeting clients regularly to provide therapy and update plans as needed.
* Performing ongoing evaluations of client improvement.
* Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, referring when necessary.
* Assisting clients in creating healthier coping mechanisms and emotional stability.
Qualifications:
* A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
* LMFT licensure in California.
* Experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
