Passionate about Customer Service? Affordable Waste Management is a small but rapidly growing organization. We have an upcoming opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join us in our mission to create a customer satisfaction level that cannot be beaten.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent management and resolution of customer enquiries, requests, and complaints.
2. Handle customer complaints and ensure a timely resolution.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4. Raise support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
6. Assist with any invoice queries or disputes.
7. Escalate inquiries to the appropriate team member when necessary.
8. Assist with registration or account creation and ensure legal documents are drafted correctly.
9. Handle incoming queries via email and phone.
Required:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar B2B Customer Service role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
5. Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
8. Ability to work well in a team.
9. Multitasking skills and good organizational and time management abilities.
10. In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
11. Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
