The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will support young peoples physical and emotional well-being, assist in daily activities, and promote a safe, structured living environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and support. Build positive relationships with young people, colleagues, and external agencies. Assist with education, personal development, and recreation. Implement safeguarding procedures and behavior management strategies. Maintain accurate records and participate in training. Person Specification Essential: Experience working with children and families. Strong communication and IT skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resilient, adaptable, and professional under pressure. Desirable: NVQ in Children and Young People (Residential Care) or equivalent. Experience in residential care.
