With over 50 years in business, this globally renowned company is an expert in subsea and offshore grouting. They are now looking for a temporary Logistics Administrator starting in January 2025.
Position Overview
The Logistics Administrator is a supportive role, working with key contacts focusing on on/offshore equipment, on/off hires, and service records for each project. They will also be tasked with the creation and embedding of equipment planners to track days on hire, costs, and suppliers for each project, supporting the Logistics Lead fully as directed and required.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Liaise and communicate with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.
2. Work collectively within the team to achieve key targets to project specification.
3. Collation and maintenance of service records.
4. Organise hire equipment with preferred suppliers, raising, posting, and issuing PO's accordingly.
5. Responsible for equipment tracking, including hire equipment and collation of certificates for each project.
6. Ensure health and safety is always adhered to along with safe housekeeping practices.
7. Assist and participate with stock checks.
8. Ad hoc duties as assigned, e.g., paperwork collation, file management, covering leave periods, etc.

1. Proficient in Microsoft IT packages.
2. Flexibility and adaptability to the role as it develops.
3. Extensive on-the-job training and best practice approach.
4. Organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to understand, follow, and apply policies, practices, and operating procedures.
6. Capability to maintain records and data accurately.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, building relationships.
8. Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
9. Strong organisational, implementation, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
10. Ability to prioritise tasks with a flexible approach and a can-do attitude.
11. Adhere to health and safety practices and engage in company training as required.
12. Must be adaptable and willing to travel.
Qualifications
1. Forklift licence (desirable).
2. IOSH Health & Safety course (desirable).
3. Understanding of equipment compliance (desirable).
4. Must have a full U.K. driving licence.
