TSA Surveying Ltd is an independently owned company based in Leeds, established in 2020. Specialising in the supply of Building Surveying, M & E Surveying and Housing, Fire and Clerk of Surveying Resources throughout the UK.
Our recruitment activities involve the sourcing and provision of professional and technical contractors and permanent people to our clients who are leading consultants in the Property Asset Management sector.
Due to a sustained period of growth in both sales and our Team (5-17 staff and £6m - £11m turnover) in four years, our demand for administrative support has grown and therefore we require an additional Administrator to support the business.

This is a ‘hands on’ role which requires a confident, tenacious, and hard-working approach to many aspects of administration and administrative tasks and an inquisitive approach to maximise on efficiency. Whilst supported by the rest of the team, the role will require an ability to work under your own initiative.
Duties:
Client and candidate liaison over phone, email and utilization of systems
Daily Liaison with the Operations Manager, Recruitment and Finance Team.
CV Formatting.
Onboarding and Contract preparation for candidate and clients.
Monitoring and requesting compliance documentation.
Assisting with IR35 process and procedures.
Supporting the Operations Manager with ATS Recruitment software tasks and reporting.
Supporting Recruitment Director with preparation of monthly presentations utilizing Canva and weekly activity reports.
DBS applications.
Managing phone calls and emails ensuring all queries are directed to the correct individual and answered politely and confidently within a reasonable timescale.
Organising meetings, scheduling appointments
Providing feedback to improve internal systems.
Performing data entry tasks, including updating records and databases
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and IT equipment.
