In the role of a Customer Service Advisor (known internally as a Customer Service Specialist) at our site at Chapeltown, north of Sheffield, you will be providing a variety of customer service support to internal and external customers including solving problems, researching complex information and building customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional customer service experience and ideally someone who has experienced working in a manufacturing / logistics or supply chain environment (ensuring good get from A to B).
