As Chef De Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, working alongside a fantastic team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
* Run and supervise kitchen sections to high standards set by the Head Chef.
* Ensure preparation of designated sections is complete and ready for each service.
* Practice good stock and waste control.
* Be responsible for quality control of stock and prepared foods.
* Execute cooking to high standards quickly and efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of designated sections.
* Support Head (Sous) Chef in delivering required standards of food.
* Delegate tasks to junior chefs and apprentices, and support their development.
* Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, seeking to improve and advance your skill set and performance.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef and management.
* Ensure all guests and non-residents have an exceptional experience.
