The role is dynamic and challenging and a key position within the Trust whose overarching goal is to drive forward and embed clinical audit and quality improvement activities across the organisation and its services. The successful candidate will engage in initiatives focused on enhancing patient safety, quality, and service improvement. You will play a key role in supporting rapid learning and continuous improvement priorities, as well as various projects within the QI team. This position involves collaborating with both internal and external partners and stakeholders to optimize learning opportunities, systematically collect and analyze data, and effectively share outcomes. Main duties of the job The postholder will be required to support the National Audit and NICE programme as well as supporting to embed local clinical audit across the Trust and report at senior level meetings to provide assurance of workstreams and escalate any need for improvement in practice. The postholder will sometimes work under pressure and without direct supervision, so we are looking for someone confident and capable. You must be able to prioritise tasks, and manage your own workload, providing support for colleagues where required.
