We are currently looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to work for our established client who looks after both high end commercial and residential buildings throughout London. The main purpose of the role is to manage and maintain all elements of facilities management across the mixed portfolio and support the Head of FM. The position is a full time permanent position based in Westminster with site visits required to the portfolio which is all within London with travel costs covered. The client is looking for someone with at least three years of experience within managing either commercial or high end residential buildings. Senior Facilities Manager Westminster, London Permanent £55,000 - £60,000 per anum Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all elements of facilities management across mixed portfolio of both complex commercial and high end residential buildings Assisting Head of FM with one off project works and portfolio wide initiatives Business development – preparing proposals to present to potential clients Providing guidance, mentorship and support the FM team Ensuring all properties are compliant with H&S requirements and management agreements Ensure CAFM system are updated with routine repairs and requests instructing the appropriate approved contractor, with updated reports given to FM/PM if anything unexpected arises Tenants and residents updates on planned or reactive works within the building Ensuring contract administration is complete – contracts, purchase orders, in line H&S documents and permits to work for high risk works Attend regular client and supplier meetings dealing with all issues required and prepare meeting reports Ensuring all service charge budgets and budget packs considering all works required for coming year and end of year reporting Ensure 90% document compliance with H&S documents Looking for: IOSHH Minimum 3 years FM experience Experience of health and safety compliance systems Excellent IT skills Excellent communication and administration skills DUE TO THE LEVELS OF APPLICATIONS, ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
