Job Title - SEN Teaching Assistant
Hours - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 08:40 until 16:15 - 40 weeks per year
Salary - Dependent upon experience, qualifications and responsibility taken
Start Date - February 2025

Your new role
* Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student requirements.
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Encourage pupils' confidence and independence.
* Ensure students have access to necessary resources (e.g., materials, assistive technology).

* Experience working with young people and special educational needs is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Work creatively and flexibly with students with special educational needs to promote autonomy, independence, personal development, and employability for all students.
* Form and promote positive relationships with staff, students, parents, the local community, and outside agencies.
