Shift Maintenance Engineer
Location: Corsham, Wiltshire
A fantastic opportunity to work for a Shift Maintenance Engineer at a large critical site based near Chippenham, Wiltshire. This is a permanent position paying a salary of up to £48,000 per annum, working on a continental shift pattern consisting of days & nights, 7-7, with fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Role Responsibilities:
The role of a Shift Maintenance Engineer is to carry out PPM & reactive maintenance on critical & building services plant equipment, including lighting.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive).
2. Diagnose and repair faults on building services L8, AHU maintenance, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work).

1. Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)
2. Generators
3. Switchgear and Circuit Breakers
4. Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
5. High Voltage (HV) Systems
6. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)

8. Air Handling Units (AHUs)
9. Cooling Towers
10. Fire Detection Systems
11. Building Management Systems (BMS)
12. Environmental Sensors
13. Lighting Systems
14. Access Control and Security Systems

Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have:
1. Qualifications: Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualifications.
2. Experience: Ideally, a background in critical building maintenance.
3. Electrical Expertise: If electrically qualified, high-voltage (HV) experience is preferred. Training given if not.
