Accounts Assistant responsibilities will include:
* Raising and processing daily sales invoices, ensuring correct pricing
* Processing of credit notes and debit notes
* Checking, reconciling, and processing supplier bills
* Assisting with weekly cashflow and payment schedules
* Monitoring accounts receivables, allocation of customer receipts
* Weekly and monthly bank reconciliation
* Preparing statutory or regulatory forms as and when required
* Assist with preparing employee wages
* Managing employee expense claims
* Credit control management
* Helping finance colleagues in preparing and circulating periodic reports, including the monthly management information pack
* Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required by members of the finance team
