Job Description We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of an Identity Access Management (IAM) project. This role involves managing a £1.9 million programme and leading a team of 19 professionals, including 15 members spread across two engineering squads. The key challenge is to align these agile squads, which currently operate differently, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. Align the agile squads to ensure they work cohesively towards project goals.
Utilise strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Understand and apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and APIs.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
