Tudor Employment Agency is currently recruiting for a Parts Manager to work for our prestigious client based in Stafford.
The Parts Manager will be joining a team in managing the parts department for an amazing motorhome dealership. This role will be centred around the habitation side of motorhomes and accessory sales, more so than automotive parts. Working in the leisure industry isn’t as chaotic as working in most car dealerships but gives the ideal candidate a slower pace of life with a chance to expand their knowledge massively. The opportunity for progression is available with a company that looks to promote from within.
Duties:
1. Overseeing the parts department operations, including inventory management, ordering and stocking.
2. Providing excellent customer service by assisting with part inquiries and orders.
3. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
4. Supervising warehouse activities, including forklift operations and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
5. Collaborating with the service team to fulfil parts requirements efficiently.
6. Performing data entry tasks accurately to update inventory records.
7. Managing the supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels.
The ideal candidate:
1. Strong background in Customer Service.
2. Strong background in Automotive Repair.
3. Strong background in Part Supply.
4. Proven experience in customer service within an automotive environment.
5. Strong knowledge of automotive repair and parts terminology.
6. Familiarity with warehouse operations and supply chain management.
