We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Junior ICT Service Delivery Officer to join our ICT Technical Coordination team. In this role you will:
- support ICT systems including PCs, Laptops, iPads, Chromebooks and other ICT equipment as needed
- have good customer Service Skills
- act as first line of support for the Council’s users
- support staff and pupils within Ceredigion and Powys Schools with their ICT issues
- have previous experience of ICT support and a good understanding of IT systems and hardware
- apply logical and creative skills to support and develop the service
- be polite, approachable and have a can-do attitude
You will be expected to work predominantly at Canolfan Rheidol, Aberystwyth or Penmorfa, Aberaeron whilst also undertaking some duties at other locations as needed.
The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh and English is essential.
