Summary:
The Account Engagement Manager will connect with clients, coordinate sales meetings, and lead targeted campaigns. This role involves identifying cross-sell opportunities, educating clients, and managing CRM data. Commissions are performance-based.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with 70% existing and 30% new clients.
2. Qualify and schedule meetings for the sales team.
3. Lead campaigns, especially on ISDN/PSTN decommissioning.
4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
5. Educate clients post-acquisition and maintain CRM data.
Qualifications:
1. Telemarketing, sales, or account management experience.
2. Strong communication and analytical skills.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
4. B2B experience, ideally in telecoms.
