This role is a 5-month contract outside IR35, circa £550 DR.
The role of the Business Change Analyst is to:
1. Engage with the discovery phase to confirm impacts to the teams involved in each workstream and to lead and support on change impact assessments. Report any concerns or changes relating to the impact assessments into the programme via the project manager.
2. Produce a detailed business change plan to include: user communications, customer communications, stakeholder engagement milestones that will feed into the overall project plan.
3. Work with the PM and technical team to produce clear and concise material to support the communications in order to guide users, customers, and stakeholders through the delivery for a seamless and smooth delivery with limited impact on business processes.
4. Produce guidance and training materials as required, e.g., quick reference guides and input to content for any immersion sessions.
5. Support the facilitation of business change sessions and workshops as required by the impacted teams, i.e., Waypoint, customers.
6. Support business users with questions and navigating the changes from the programme/project.
7. Maintain any SharePoint site(s) and FAQ lists, support documentation.
8. Attend weekly/monthly project boards to provide updates.
