Description Executive PA to our Group CFO Job Type: Permanent Location and flexible working: London city centre office 4 days per week with some hybrid working. We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as Executive PA to our Group CFO The role This role will provide an efficient, effective and highly confidential PA support to the Group CFO to enable him to be effective in day to day activities and responsibilities invariably of a sensitive nature. The Executive PA will be responsible for a diverse set of activities that include complex diary management, meeting co-ordination and ensuring that priorities and deliverables are met within agreed timeframes to ensure the smooth running of the CFO office working alongside the Executive Business Manager What are we looking for? You’ll be a high performing and experienced Executive PA with strong communication skills. You’ll also be proactive with a can-do attitude and you’ll thrive in a varied role within a dynamic environment. You’ll ideally have experience of supporting a Group CFO and understand the acronyms, idiosyncrasies and demands of this role. Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant to Group CFO in FTSE 50 company is highly desirable. Good knowledge and understanding of diary management and prioritisation of inbox ensuring that matters of an urgent nature are prioritised. Ability to influence, negotiate and build effective relationships with all stakeholders across the business and work closely with EA to CEO to build Exec PA Community Excellent attention to detail and an ability to provide information reporting at a high standard. Knowledge and experience of HY/FY results reporting timetables, ability to work closely with the Group CEO EPA and Investor relations to ensure roadshows/meetings are scheduled well in advance. Excellent work ethic and a willingness to take the initiative and ownership to see things through to completion. Proactive and possess exceptional time management skills effectively prioritising workload. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of a financial services company with the ability to work well under pressure, within a fast paced environment/role. Personal strength, resilience and a 'can do' philosophy will be essential for success. Confident MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint user with the ability to manage and prioritise a range of outstanding scheduling requirements. Ability to provide in-person support to Group CFO onsite 4 days a week (Old Bailey). We want to hire the whole version of you.
