Industrial Roofing Estimator Role
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Roofing Estimator to join our team at Mitchell Maguire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present detailed estimates for industrial and commercial roofing projects
* Conduct site inspections to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a senior estimator in the construction industry
* Degree in construction management or related field
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
