We have a vacancy for an experienced hospitality operator to run our hospitality team at Genting Wolverhampton. As hospitality manager, you will be part of the core management team. Your knowledge of the industry, combined with your ability to navigate both the strategic and operational aspects of the business, will be key to your success. A professional approach to service, customer engagement, and leadership will help you thrive in this role.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
* Managing the entire hospitality operation.
* Managing and nurturing the hospitality team.
* Supporting the general manager to achieve and exceed operational objectives, including budgetary targets.
* Having an outgoing, enthusiastic, and bubbly personality.
* Offering high-quality, courteous, and efficient service ensuring all guests have a memorable experience.
* Being familiar with a busy and fast-paced environment.
* Working well under pressure with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Being motivated in your role with the initiative and willingness to make continuous improvements to the business.
* Demonstrating excellent people skills with the ability to engage with customers and build instant rapport.
* Previous experience working in a similar environment is advantageous.
