I am currently working with a key client who is looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a 1-3 month temporary basis to support them with workload. You will be joining a national organisation who are a leader in their field.
Your new role
The main purpose of your role will be to support the customer service team with a range of duties which will include chasing product lead times, managing POD's and copy invoices and processing orders. You will also be required to chase couriers and liaise with customers where relevant and provide any other support as required by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have similar experience in a previous role and be able to demonstrate excellent IT and accuracy skills. You will work well in a team and be able to manage your time efficiently while delivering exceptional levels of customer service. This role is office based.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary position expected to last 1-3 months with the potential to apply for the role on a permanent basis with the right skill set. Your hours will be Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:00. The hourly rate is between £11-£12/hour plus holiday pay, depending on experience. Office based role.
