We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lettings Manager to oversee our property rental operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a customer-focused approach, ensuring that all aspects of the lettings process run smoothly. You will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating viewings, and maximising occupancy rates through effective upselling strategies.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement.
2. Conduct property viewings and provide potential tenants with detailed information about available flats.
3. Maintain accurate records of all tenant interactions and data entry in our property management system.
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties and increase occupancy rates.
5. Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication with prospective tenants.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.
7. Upsell additional services or products to enhance tenant satisfaction and maximise revenue.
8. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are in excellent condition for viewings.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a lettings or property management role is essential.
2. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office management.
3. Familiarity with property management software is highly desirable.
4. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with tenants and clients.
5. A proactive approach to upselling and marketing within the lettings sector.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
