About The Role Hybrid Working: Experience the best of both worlds with the flexibility of working in the office for 3 days a week. Rotational Shift Pattern: Embrace diversity in your work schedule with shifts spanning from 0800-1630, 0930-1800 and 11:00am-8:00pm. Saturday Shifts: We respect your weekends, so we only require you to work 1 Saturday out of every 4, from 9:00am to 1:00pm. About You A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service. Strong IT skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
