Temporary Maintenance, Cleaning & Landscaping Technician (Part-Time)
Location: Southport
Contract Duration: 1st April – 30th September 2024
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotating 2-week schedule, 20 hours per week
* Week 1: 2 days per week
* Week 2: 3 days per week
* Hours: 07:30 – 16:30

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Cleaning and maintaining car park areas, including litter picking and emptying bins
* Carrying out general site maintenance, minor repairs, and landscaping (gardening, weeding, basic DIY)
* Setting up signs and cones for parking suspensions and temporary restrictions
* Conducting routine maintenance on pay-and-display machines, reporting faults, and keeping them clean
* Using and maintaining company equipment for daily tasks
* Gritting entrances to car parks in cold weather
* Assisting with any other reasonable tasks as requested
What We’re Looking For:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, in all-weather conditions
* A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and cleaning tasks
* Full UK driving licence
Preferred Experience & Skills:
* Experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role
* Basic DIY and gardening knowledge
* Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH & Manual Handling
