Due to the success and growth of Strativ Group, our consultants are ever-growing their networks and communities, which has led to an increase demand in marketing and content requests – therefore, we are searching for a Content Manager to join The Role: The main responsibilities of your job are three-fold: Creating an incredible commercial content strategy. Constructing awesome personal branding and BD outreach strategies for key consultants, making them look the best in the biz at what they do, showcasing their impressive networks and presenting them as market thought leaders. And finally, using content and personal branding to create engaged communities built for targeted personas in our target markets. What that looks like Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and audience needs. Analyse industry trends and audience insights with our consultants & data team to inform content planning. Content Creation & Campaign Execution: Oversee the production of diverse content types, including, articles, social media posts, podcasts, videos and whitepapers. Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and organized content delivery. Ensure that every piece of content we create has a commercial purpose and is used effectively in personal branding & BD outreach campaigns. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize engagement and reach. Our content success will be defined by our ability to bring on new clients and maximise current accounts. Consistently report on content effectiveness and ROI for stakeholders. Social Media & Personal Branding: You will also be responsible for the strategy and content scheduling on our Strativ social media channels - executing targeted, purposeful campaigns. You will create strategies for us to maximise our social media impact, testing campaigns on alternative channels like TikTok. You will educate our consultants on social media best practices and advise on content calendars for a small cohort of our most engaged consultants – helping them build rockstar personal brands. Commercial collateral: You will be joining a small marketing department (in start-up mode), so there is an expectation for you to chip in and support the marketing team with creation pitch-winning slidedecks and innovative content to support the sales process. The Requirements: Minimum 2 years working in a content-focused role within a recruitment or marketing agency is preferred. Ability to work autonomously Transferrable skills are essential – we aren’t looking for the finished article but someone who has touched in at least part of the skills mentioned in the description above previously would be a huge benefit.
