Front of House Receptionist – Part time

Are you an experienced receptionist looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity to work part time hours, as part of a job share team, in a newly refurbished office building which is located on a small business park in Bracknell.
You will deliver an exemplary tenant service and visitor experience, understanding the importance of implementing events and pop ups that help to create a community vibe for all working in the building. You should be well presented with proven relevant experience and confident to take ownership of this busy and varied role.
Hours and salary
* 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Wednesday
* Salary - £19,200
No weekends but flexibility is required to provide cover for holidays and sickness.
Start date – beginning October
Key Responsibilities
Managing reception
* Manage and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambiance reflects the clients’ and tenants’ expectations
* Ensure a warm, friendly and professional welcome – you will become the ‘face of the building’
* Sign in all visitors to the building following appropriate reception processes
* Manage deliveries including couriers and post
The building
* Confidently manage maintenance contractors and ensure any building issues are reported and managed to resolution. This will include communication with the Building Manager and assisting with any general administration tasks, as required
* Develop strong working relationships with the local letting agents and support them by ensuring any vacant office space is kept pristine in preparation for viewings
* Submit weekly reports on activity to key stake holders
* Undertake general administration (as required)
Tenant experience and community engagement
* Develop a monthly enewsletter for tenants
* Take ownership of the yearly events calendar, planning a selection of pop ups and events for the tenants, helping to drive a sense of community and aid enjoyment in the workplace
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-end, front-of-house reception role
* A-levels or a degree in any field of study
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Competent Microsoft Office and confident social media /App user
* Confident and creative with a good eye for detail and able to produce communications using onsite/branded graphics.
* Personable and proactive with a confident manner, a warm personality and be able to deliver impeccable customer service
