The Job Role:
* Working as a 360 consultant
* Business development and selling our services B2B
* Building client relationships
* Visiting clients and managing their accounts
* Resourcing candidates using our in-house database as well as popular job boards
* Conducting face-to-face interviews with candidates
* Successfully placing the right people into the right jobs
Requirements:
* Sales experience preferred
* Experience in dealing with people face to face or solid customer service skills essential
* Commitment to providing a first-class service to our clients and candidates
* A self-assured, confident, and outgoing professional who is committed to learning and succeeding
* Confident personality and ability to talk to people at all levels
* A self-starter with a motivated and tenacious approach
* An engaging personality – a positive attitude and a great sense of humour are key!
* A full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive is essential
