Essential Duties

As RIA Account Manager (AM), your main role is to expand the network of agents in a designated territory in Wales/England, to present the RIA Money Transfer Services Limited as a business opportunity, to sign them up as agents and to have an understanding and appreciation of their requirements.
Successful candidates will own their own car, will be highly self-motivated, with strong prioritization skills and comfortable working on the field 90% of the time.
Main Responsibilities Will Include
* Overall responsibility of developing, retaining and managing a portfolio of businesses which will act as agents, to provide RIA money transfer services.
* You will be responsible for presenting RIA to potential agents and managing the entire sales process from identifying prospects, cold calling, face to face meetings, conducting presentations and user demonstrations.
* You will be expected to spend a major part of your time (around 90%) out of the office recruiting new agents and developing existing ones in your territory.
* You will be responsible for actively and successfully managing the sign-up, set-up and training process of agents; and for providing solutions where challenging matters arise.
* You will develop strong relationships with agents to ensure long term loyalty to the Company.
* You will use solid financial and business acumen to demonstrate the value of the service proposition to the prospective agent.
* You will provide the agents on day to day basis with standard POS material, system and compliance training to reach the maximum potential from the location.
* Growing the volume of transactions by being a visible presence in the marketplace (including implementing local marketing plans when necessary).
* You will be responsible for responding to requested information from the company and agents in a timely manner.
* You will actively demonstrate an understanding of RIA operations and systems.
* As a representative of RIA at events, you will act in a professional manner with the aim to gain new business leads and contacts.
* You will be keeping abreast of issues affecting money transfer companies and the money transfer industry and collecting competitor intelligence.
* You will produce and administer on a regular basis a competition database that is relevant to this market.
* You will be reporting to the Regional Manager and Sales Manager on a regular and timely basis to ensure that they are fully and correctly briefed in all aspects of your work.
* You will complete your ‘Weekly Report’ plan in full and email it to your manager in order to compare it against agreed targets. This will need to be ready to be reviewed by him/her every week.
* Attend sales meetings on timely and regular basis.
Required Experience / Qualifications
* Fluent English + Additional language.
* At least 2 years experience in Field Sales role.
* Experience working with other money transfer companies would be a bonus.
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Experience working within a target-driven team environment.
* Experience working with clients and building relationships.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

* Availability to travel around the designated territory as needed; and flexibility for longer distance trips as required by the business.
Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from £24,000 to £28,000. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
