You must have at least 5 years' B2B Marketing experience within Publishing, subscriptions, events, and/or market intelligence products to be considered for this role This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in B2B publishing, events and information products as a Senior Marketing Manager. Working with the Head of Marketing and leading a small team, you will help develop and deliver the marketing strategy across a portfolio of subscription & intelligence products, events (conferences and awards) and client marketing solutions. Requirements: 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with some experience in demand generation / lead generation strategies, including lead nurturing Subscriptions / publishing / information services / market intelligence product marketing experience Experience in leading a small team (c2 marketers) Experience working closely with sales / business development functions Good knowledge of customer data analytics and the ability to convert data into meaningful insight Good understanding of SEO principles and strategies Strong experience working with Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) Strong experience with campaign management systems (e.g. Pardot, Marketo, etc) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce) Experience optimizing performance across paid, website and email Good knowledge on other acquisition channels and levers (PPC, social – LinkedIn, retargeting, direct mail, events, list research) IT Literate; MS office, advanced Excel Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Main Responsibilities: Oversee the development of high-quality brand and campaign materials, collaborating with both in-house and external designers. Allocate, track, and report on the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently for maximum return on investment (ROI). Create, build, and schedule email campaigns using marketing automation, prioritising high-quality content and effective audience targeting. Analyse campaign performance and ROI by leveraging data-driven metrics and analytics to measure success, adjust strategies, and recommend optimisations for future planning. Efficiently manage and schedule both organic and paid social media activities, focusing on click-through rates (CTR), lead generation, and cost per acquisition (CPA) for Accreditation products. Develop, build, and schedule email campaigns emphasising high-quality content and targeted audience engagement. Oversee internal display advertising on the brand's websites. Create high-quality, customisable email templates with Pardot and Stripo to enhance marketing standardisation and improve efficiency. Assist in building, maintaining, and optimising landing pages.
