We are currently seeking a visionary and accomplished Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Executive Chef, you will play a central role in shaping the culinary direction, overseeing kitchen operations, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the culinary vision, creating innovative and high-quality dishes. - Lead and inspire the culinary team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment. - Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings. - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage the freshness of ingredients. - Ensure efficient kitchen workflows and maintain a positive and efficient working environment. Requirements: - Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry. - Strong culinary skills and a track record of creating successful and creative menus. - Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks. - Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
