Term Time Teachers is collaborating with a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school located in Tunbridge Wells, who are currently seeking Special Needs Teaching Assistants for a full-time role. In this role, you will work directly with students with a variety of special educational needs, helping them engage in their learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant: Provide one-on-one or group support to students within the classroom and throughout the school day. Collaborate with the class teacher to prepare resources and tailor lessons to meet individual student needs. Assist in managing students with emotional or behavioural challenges, using appropriate strategies. Track and monitor students' progress and provide feedback to the class teacher. Promote and safeguard the welfare of pupils.Requirements: Hold the Right to Work in the UK. Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be happy to apply. Relevant experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential.
