Business Development Manager
Location: Bristol (Office-Based)
Salary: >£40,000 Basic Salary
OTE: £90,000 (Uncapped)
A growing financial services business is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their team in Bristol. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on building and managing a portfolio of business clients.
The company works with medium to large UK businesses, helping them manage their foreign exchange and financial risk. The role involves both new business development and ongoing relationship management with key clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, motivated, and wants to build a long-term career in financial sales.
What Youll Be Doing
* Research and qualify potential new clients
* Make outbound calls to business owners and C-level decision-makers
* Build a portfolio of SME clients from the ground up
* Learn how to position financial solutions based on client needs
* Work alongside analysts and senior team members to support your clients
* Over time, take full ownership of your portfolio, including renewals and ongoing relationship management
