We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, experienced claims handlers to join our Tamworth location and be part of our dedicated team, playing an important part in our Commercial customer claims journey. Maintaining client relationships is a key part of our operation, and we are happy to support handlers who wish to attend meetings and develop that aspect of their role. Following successful completion of probation, we are happy to offer a hybrid working model based out of our friendly Tamworth office. Our mixed model way of working offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office-working, offering flexibility for everyone. How you'll make an impact Manage a portfolio of commercial motor claims, including motor damage, credit hire, and injury claims. Handle claims from first notification to settlement, ensuring efficient and accurate processing. Assess fraud, quantum, and liability, making informed decisions based on available evidence and policy terms. Manage cases through litigation, working closely with legal teams to ensure effective case management. Liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives. Utilise multiple means of communication, such as phone and email, to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall claims handling efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills. About You Good understanding of proactive claims handling A base understanding of insurance principles.
