Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner in an Agile environment, with demonstrated leadership and line management capabilities
2. Strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and product management best practices
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
4. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate user needs and business requirements into actionable product features
5. Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on fostering a high-performing team
6. Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering products or features in an Agile environment
7. Experience working closely with Agile Project Managers, Business Analysts, and development teams to drive product delivery coupled with a strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (i.e. Kanban, Scrum)
8. Tenacity and the will to win
9. Demonstrates a patient first approach at all times and strives to exceed expectations
Your responsibilities are:
1. Leading product discovery and definition activities to identify product vision goals and strategic direction
2. Define and prioritise requirements and drive the product roadmap, ensuring informed decisions are made and priorities are based on business value and strategic goals
3. Collaborate with Agile Project Managers ensuring a seamless integration of product objectives and offer guidance and support to relevant stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
4. Provide line management and mentorship to a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and professional growth and development culture
5. Collaboration with stakeholders, including the senior leadership team to understand objectives, gather feedback and align product strategies and ensuring clear communication and vision
6. Manage and prioritise stakeholder expectations and ensuring regular updates and managing feedback
7. Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and features and drive product performance measurement, analysis and ensure optimisation
