Duties:
Managing job descriptions, interview questions and scoring process to ensure fairness and equality within recruitment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Utilise various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a diverse pipeline of qualified talent.
Attending recruitment fairs, career fairs and career open days to raise CCS profile.
