InOctober 2020 our client took the leap and moved their HQ from asmall loftstyle office on the South Bank to a large open planoffice on the Strand in Central London. The office is a brightspace full of plants and is equipped with a fullspec kitchen andshowers/bike storage in thebasement.

Weare looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our clientsteam in London.
Inthis role you will be responsible for delivering revenues through acombination of net new business and crossselling to existingrelationships.
You will bringlongterm value to each of our clients larges enterprise accountsthrough deep customer understanding andengagement.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Develop deep trusted and lasting relationships withtierone clients
Cultivate new commercial opportunities through productexpansion and contract renewalnegotiation
Work with stakeholders and lead the buildout of afirstinclass Strategic Account Management capability that is bothscalable and commercially viable as a net new contributor torevenue growth
Manage contract renewals and lead commercialnegotiations for expansions (including upsells andcrossselling)
Work with internal stakeholders to build relationshipsdrive growth in existing clients and identify and build new clientrelationships in order to deliver opportunities and profitablegrowth
Accurately forecast and deliver consistently againstmonthly quarterly and annual revenuegoals
Develop and execute longterm account strategies acrossour enterprise customers to grow usage and retain high customersatisfaction rates
Bring discipline structure and support to accountteams through management information market insight knowledgesharing and meeting preparation
Have a deep understanding of our client spriorities and strategies
Drive customer feedback into our clientsProduct Team to help prioritise the road map for our customersneeds
Stay up to date on product developments and ensure thecustomer is informed and educated on all new functional modules andfeatures of thesoftware
KEYSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Capital Markets experience either with anInvestment Bank Asset Manager Hedge Fund or technology firm thatsells into the Capital Marketssector
Experience in Sales Consulting or Business Developmentin a technical environment (e.g. working with developers and theirsupporting teams)
An understanding or comprehension of Front and MiddleOffice Trade & Communication Surveillance and the issuessurrounding Market Abuse will be extremelybeneficial
You must enjoy taking a consultative approach withmany different personas as many of our clients are often CSuiteCompliance Officers Product Managers Developers Project Managersand Heads of Tradingprofessionals
Strong desire to learn about the platform and abilityto sell into our accounts withcredibility
Understanding of best practice account management withthe ability to implement both strategic and tacticalinitiatives
Strong knowledge of a sales methodology and provenexperience in driving opportunities through torevenue
Excellent communication skills and gravitas withsenior stakeholders (both clients and senior staff) as well asdemonstrate a thorough understanding of the strategic businessdrivers for global and complexclients
Ability to navigate within large financialinstitutions to identify key decisionmakers andstakeholders
Ability to exceed customer expectations throughresponsiveness and insightful handling of customerchallenges
Strongrelationshipbuilding and stakeholder management skills acrossfinancialinstitutions
