The Role As Deputy Director, you will take on a new senior role, ensuring our Rochdale team is thriving and delivering results, as well as capturing our learning and impact to inform future work.From overseeing the performance and development of our projects to delivering high-quality programmes, you will be involved in all aspects of our activities across the Rochdale area.You will have the chance to innovate and develop new areas of work, grow and enhance existing services and work closely with the Rochdale Director to identify new opportunities and develop ideas into action.Seeking to build relationships across the borough, you will engage with voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise members and key senior leaders, strengthen relationships and develop our infrastructure for voice and influence.
