Salmons Brook School is a specialist SEMH school for young people aged 11 – 18. We have 70 places for young people. Our vision and core purpose are to improve the quality of life for our school and wider community by nurturing potential. We are focused on developing positive character traits within our students and approach this through a shared commitment to our ‘CREATE’ values.
Salmons Brook School is seeking to employ a School Business Manager to join our staff team and develop our operating processes. We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and hands-on individual who can balance a broad range of duties and responsibilities to positively impact staff, students, and parents. A calm, assured approach to a variety of situations is essential for this fast-paced but very fulfilling role.
Salmons Brook School offers a thorough training programme for all our staff. All staff at Salmons Brook School are part of the whole school community and will engage in our shared vision.
All roles at Salmons Brook require staff to undertake Team Teach positive behaviour handling training.
Hours: 36 hours per week, 40 weeks per annum (pro rata)
Actual Salary Range: £31,660 - £32,541 FTE
